You will learn:

  • How to use tech you may already have, such as camera phones and lighting

  • Introduction to editing and subtitles

  • Working with tech - mic's, lights and timing

  • Making your film - The last class we make a film that you can use for your own promotion or message.

Public Speaking Essentials Training - Part 1

Many people have performance anxiety when it comes to public speaking. However, once you have some essential tools and the right mindset in place, you can not only feel confident, you can really enjoy public speaking.

I worked with the TEDx Bristol speakers helping them create a dynamic talk script and deliver it at the Colston Hall. Before becoming a coach I worked in theatre and know how to create stage presence and as an author, I know how to teach you to develop your authentic voice.

You will learn:

  • Learning your script and how to go script-free 

  • How to create stage presence and the right body language

  • How to use a microphone and throwing your voice across an audience without straining your throat 

  • Controlling the room - Managing critics, interruptions and questions that go on too long

  • How not to be boring
