Emotional Resilience Training
Resilience is the ‘rubber ball’ factor: the ability to bounce back in the event of adversity and the ability to know yourself well enough to avoid the triggers that can cause mental and emotional issues. Put simply, resilience is the ability to cope with and rise to the inevitable challenges, problems and set-backs you meet in your career.
